Children
Children are always welcome in our salon. However, we request that they stay in the designated waiting area. If they are unattended they must be capable of sitting quietly with a game/puzzle etc. They may also stay with you as long as our stylists are able to work unimpeded.
Cell Phones
As a courtesy to all of our guests, we ask that cell phones be placed on mute while in the salon. If you have an emergency please be aware of others around you and limit the volume and length of the call. Absolutely no cell phones to be used while in the stylist chair.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any product whose quality is defective or whose results do not meet you expectations.
